Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 pcs salmon fillets — about 150 g each
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic — minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley — chopped
Steps
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Place salmon skin-side down in pan.
- Cook 4–5 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle parsley before serving.
Notes
Internal temperature should reach 52–55°C for medium. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
